Beautiful moon jellies off the Florida coast

SeaLife DC1400

From jellywatch.org

This beautiful picture of moon jellies was posted on jellywatch.org this month, and was taken near Plantation Key in the Florida Keys. According to the jellywatcher “there are hundreds of these jellies this time of year. Other types are also showing up.” A great time to go jellyfishing in the region. Thanks as always to jellywatch.org for creating a space where people can share jelly sightings.
